Motorfest

The next Motorfest will take place in September 2010 to accompany this year's Bay to Birdwood Run.

Two weeks of varied events not only for Bay to Birdwood entrants and visitors, but all motoring enthusiasts, irrespective of the age or model of the vehicle. The Committee and host Clubs work hard to provide a calendar of events appealing to all tastes and interests.

You may choose to enter as many events are you wish but the most important point is that the Motorfest is primarily a means of enjoying what is a hobby in a holiday atmosphere. At the same time, it allows everyone to enjoy so much that South Australia has to offer.

The events are organised by participating "Federation” Clubs with each Club having full responsibility and control over their event including setting entry fees and conditions. Usually the only restriction is numbers which is dictated by venue limitations and Club resources.

Entry in the Bay to Birdwood Run is not a prerequisite for taking part in the Motorfest.

One of the highlights in any Motorfest program is Uncle Arthur’s Film Night at the Capri Cinema when the golden age of movies is recalled with much nostalgia and fun. Always fully booked (in fact, two sessions were required in 2004 to cater for demand) SO make your reservations earlier!
