2009 BAY TO BIRDWOOD CLASSIC
and
CRUISING CLASSICS

Vehicle entries are now open for the world’s largest continuous motoring event … the famous Bay to Birdwood.

Over 1,700 cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles are expected to take part in this year’s event and entry forms are now available from entry2009@baytobirdwood.com.au or www.baytobirdwood.com.au.

Owners are encouraged to get their entries in early. Bay to Birdwood Chairman, Kym Hulme said “unfortunately we usually receive dozens of calls and late entries, but the overwhelming popularity and sheer scale of the Bay to Birdwood Classic necessitates a strict cut off date of Friday 14 August”.

Entry forms are now available online for any vehicles manufactured from 1 January 1956 until 31 December 1977.

This year’s Bay to Birdwood Classic will be held on Sunday 27 September. Tens of thousands of spectators traditionally line the route to watch the cars, buses, trucks and motorcycles travel from Adelaide Shores to the post event party at the renowned National Motor Museum in the Adelaide Hills town of Birdwood.

2 weeks of events are being organised to complement the 2009 Bay to Birdwood Classic. Cruising Classic events are organised by the local motoring clubs of South Australia and visit many different areas of the State. Cruising Classic entry forms are also available from those places detailed below.
